This is a crucial newly created role which is responsible for driving the development and execution of a change programme, focusing on the people impacts element of change. This is an initial 6 month position, working as part of a larger HR team and requires a dedicated individual with a passion for organisational development/effectiveness and driving culture change.

Description
Develop and lead the execution of the Organisation Effectiveness Programme.
Focus on the result of transformation change on employees and people readiness.
Drive change initiatives within the HR department.
Collaborate with senior management to align departmental goals with organisational objectives.
Monitor progress and report on the effectiveness of implemented strategies.
Manage stakeholders effectively to ensure smooth programme delivery.
Identify and address any potential risks or issues that may affect programme delivery.
Facilitate training and development initiatives as part of the programme.
Profile
To be successful for this role, you will need the following:
Available to start a 6 month role (short notice period considered)
Organisational Development/L&D background with a leaning/understanding of considering the people impacts of change.
Experience of driving culture change.
Proven experience in managing organisational effectiveness programmes, preferably in the non-profit sector.
Strong leadership skills with a focus on driving change.
Excellent stakeholder management skills.
A clear understanding of the HR and its impact on organisational effectiveness.
Good knowledge of industry standards and regulations in the non-profit sector would be ideal.Job Offer
A competitive salary in the range of £45,000 - £65,000 DOE.
The opportunity can be based anywhere but with requirement with one day per week in Bradford.
