Are you passionate about inspiring young learners and helping them build a strong foundation for their future? Smile Education is looking for a dedicated and enthusiastic Year 1 Teacher to join a welcoming primary school in Smethwick starting from January 2025 on an ongoing basis.

About the Role:

As a Year 1 Teacher, you will be responsible for:

Delivering engaging and creative lessons that cater to the needs of all pupils in line with the national curriculum

Supporting the social and emotional development of young children, creating a nurturing and positive learning environment

Assessing pupil progress and tailoring your teaching to ensure each child reaches their potential

Building strong relationships with pupils, parents, and colleagues, contributing to the wider school communityWhat We’re Looking For:

Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) is essential

Previous experience working in Year 1 or Key Stage 1 is highly desirable

Strong communication and organizational skills

A commitment to delivering high-quality teaching and learning
