Our client is a leading international insurance organization, committed to innovation and regulatory excellence. As they prepare for upcoming regulatory changes, they are expanding their team to focus on critical initiatives related to the Digital Operational Resilience Act (DORA), the Consumer Protection Code (CPC), and vulnerable customer programs.
The Role:
We are looking for an experienced Senior Project Manager to lead the delivery of regulatory projects, specifically focusing on DORA, CPC, and vulnerable customers. This 6-month contract will involve managing high-impact projects that are essential to our regulatory compliance and customer protection strategies. You will work in a hybrid capacity, with one day per week in our Dublin office.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead the delivery of regulatory projects, focusing on DORA, CPC, and initiatives supporting vulnerable customers.
Develop detailed project plans that align with regulatory requirements, ensuring timely execution.
Act as the key point of contact for internal stakeholders, regulatory authorities, and project teams.
Oversee project scope, timelines, budgets, and resource management, ensuring successful delivery.
Ensure that all project activities comply with DORA operational resilience standards, CPC guidelines, and best practices for vulnerable customer support.
Identify, assess, and manage risks and dependencies, providing clear reporting and communication to stakeholders.
Work closely with compliance, risk, legal, and customer experience teams to ensure alignment with regulatory and operational goals.
Foster a collaborative team environment while driving continuous improvements in project management practices.
Key Requirements:
Extensive experience managing regulatory projects within the financial services sector, with specific knowledge of DORA, CPC, and vulnerable customer frameworks.
Strong understanding of financial regulations and compliance, particularly in operational resilience and consumer protection.
Proven ability to deliver complex projects on time and within budget, managing cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment.
Exceptional stakeholder management skills, with experience engaging with senior leadership and regulatory bodies.
Project management certification (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2) is preferred.
Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving abilities.
