A qualified SENCO with a minimum of 3 years of teaching experience in a UK classroom.

National Award for Special Educational Needs Coordinator (SENCO) qualification.

Knowledge of SEN policies relevant to the role of a SENCO.

A passion for inclusion and making a difference in the lives of young people as a SENCO.

Strong leadership, communication, and organisational skills suitable for a SENCO.
