We now seek a Compliance and Supplier Administrator to be based out of our London, Bicester or Newcastle office on a 9 Months Fixed Term Contract, to start in January 2025.
Role Responsibilities:
Providing support to Head of Management Systems & Compliance and undertaking daily administrative tasks to assist with the smooth running of the department.
Supplier Administration:
* Main point of contact for supplier administration in the UK/Europe
* Performing supplier pre-qualification and onboarding activities (including credit, ethics and reference checks)
* Performing supplier renewals for the existing database of approved suppliers
* Supplier set up on Salesforce and SAP
* Liaising with suppliers and internal teams to resolve general queries related to onboarding and ongoing management
* Maintaining the company’s database of approved suppliers
* Preferential supplier analysis/reporting
* Identify and support with continued process improvements
Compliance Administration:
* General administrative support to Head of Management Systems & Compliance
* Developing and updating spreadsheets, databases and registers as required to support activities
* Internal communication analytic reporting and monthly internal newsletter
Role Requirements:
* 2 - 5 years’ experience in a general administration related role
* Good working knowledge / use of Office 365 Word / Excel / PowerPoint and Outlook
* Knowledge of other applications including software-based project and CRM management systems
* Previous supplier administration experience beneficial
* Friendly, polite and helpful manner
* Excellent organisation skills
* Good time management skills
* Good interpersonal and communication skills
* Ability to prioritise own workload
* Accuracy / Excellent attention to detail
* Familiarity with business administration systems and processes
* Hours flexibility (able to carry out overtime at short notice)
* Excellent oral and written communication skills
* Ability to work to tight deadlines
* An understanding of international working and business administration within that of a global consultancy.
