Payroll Support required for an inital 3 month contract,

Key Accountabilities of the role:-
Work within a Managed Service (MHR iTrent) payroll system, ensuring seamless and accurate data flows from Oracle HCM system through iTrent to employee.
Data Management: Audit the accuracy and integrity of payroll data, including employee records (maternity, paternity, overtime, absence etc.), earnings, deductions, and tax information.
Payroll system analytics: including tax and pension calculations, deduction setups and payment.
Process Automation: Identify opportunities to automate payroll processes and streamline workflows using system capabilities and integrations with other HR, Pension and finance systems (Oracle Fusion).
User Support: Provide technical support (Subject Matter Expert) and troubleshooting assistance to Payroll Advisors and employees, resolving system, process and payroll related issues in a timely manner. month
