The Opportunity
Given our clients keen interest in increased project expansion, they are currently seeking to employ an experienced EC&I Engineer to join a large, well respected organisation, specialising in driving nuclear technologies.
Contract
Estimated Duration – 12 months+
This role has been deemed inside of IR35
Your Duties and Responsibilities will be
As a CE&I Engineer, you will produce engineering design work packages (specification, drawing, analysis, verification or assessment of engineering) that satisfy the legal and functional requirements along with the associated performance conditions to the agreed time, cost and quality.
Required to assist the lead engineer to prepare all design documentation required for the new Pressurised Package Facility glove box installation (system 280) and modifications to existing glove box (system 260).You will have the following Qualifications & Experience
Experience delivering against BS 61508
Experience in Machinery Safety Regulations and BS EN 13849
Must have significant demonstrable experience in CE&I Project Delivery.
Experience of the design delivery of building electrical services.
Competent in the application of CDM Regulation.
Competent in the application of IET Wiring Regulations.
Experience of space management, cable routing and cable management.
Have the ability to work as part of an Integrated delivery team, and individually, working within sometimes restrictive time constraints.
Demonstrate excellent written and verbal communications skills.
Have strong interpersonal skills and be able to interact with people at all levels.
The ability to obtain Security Clearance.It’s great if you also have the following
EngTech Accreditation or higher.
Degree Qualified in appropriate discipline.
Experience in delivering in line with client’s Management System.
Experience in CE&I Capabilities: Radiometric, Instrumentation, Safety Systems.Get in touch now
