Project Administrator
Monday to Friday 7.30am – 4pm
Based in Washington
Salary £30k per annum
Fixed Term Contract 1 Year
We are currently recruiting an experienced administrator to join a projects team in Washington. You will be key in supporting the administration function, maintaining documentation, and coordinating project tasks.
KEY ROLE OUTLINE
* Coordinate and manage project tasks providing administrative support to the project team
* Maintain and update project documentation, including schedules, budgets, reports etc.
* Monitor project progress, identifying and addressing potential issues or delays.
* Assist in the development of project proposals, including researching, writing, and editing content.
* Organise and schedule project meetings, distributing agendas, and recording minutes.
* Assist in the preparation of project status reports, highlighting progress, risks, and opportunities.
* Maintain a well-organised project filing system, ensuring easy access to all relevant documentation.
KEY ROLE REQUIREMENTS
* Experience in a project administration role or similar.
* Excellent administrative and organisational skills.
* Ability to use Microsoft applications.
* Attention to detail.
* Good level of general education.
