Job Title: Plumber (3-Month Contract)

Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Plumber for a 3-month contract to perform a variety of plumbing tasks, including installation, maintenance, and repair of plumbing systems. The role will involve working on residential and commercial properties, ensuring that all systems are functioning efficiently and compliant with local regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

Install, repair, and maintain water supply lines, waste disposal systems, and related appliances.

Inspect and test plumbing systems to identify issues.

Troubleshoot plumbing problems and provide cost-effective solutions.

Collaborate with other trades (electricians, builders) as needed.

Ensure all work complies with safety and building codes.

Requirements:

Proven experience as a plumber (minimum of 3 years preferred).

Relevant plumbing certification/license.

Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings.

Strong problem-solving skills.

Good communication and teamwork skills.
