About the role:
We are looking for an enthusiastic and caring EYFS Teacher to join our dedicated team on a part-time basis. This role is ideal for a passionate educator who is committed to supporting the development of young learners in their critical early years. You will be responsible for planning and delivering engaging, creative, and stimulating lessons that inspire curiosity and foster a love for learning in children aged 3-5.
Your role will include working closely with support staff, fellow teachers, and parents to create a collaborative environment that promotes children’s academic and social-emotional development. The ideal candidate will be adaptable, patient, and able to cultivate a nurturing classroom atmosphere where every child feels safe, supported, and excited to learn.
Application Requirements:
• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) and experience teaching in EYFS.
• A passion for early childhood education and fostering the holistic development of young children.
• Strong understanding of the EYFS curriculum and experience delivering creative, engaging lessons.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with children, staff, and parents.
• Commitment to creating an inclusive and positive learning environment.
Key Responsibilities:
• Plan and deliver engaging and creative lessons in line with the EYFS curriculum.
• Support children’s learning and development across all areas, ensuring that each child’s individual needs are met.
• Monitor and assess children’s progress, providing constructive feedback and support where necessary.
• Create a safe, inclusive, and stimulating learning environment that encourages children to explore and achieve their potential.
• Build positive relationships with parents and carers, keeping them informed of their child’s progress and development.
• Work collaboratively with other staff members to contribute to the overall success and ethos of the school.
