Tenant Liaison Officer
We are looking for temporary Tenant Liaison Officer to join well known housing association within Birmingham.
Job role: Tenant Liaison Officer
Hours: Monday to Friday
Salary: £17-19hr via umbrella
Contract: Temporary
As a Tenant Liaison Officer, you will need to be:
Keeping Tenants up to date with work processes
Communication with the contractors
Access requests
Updating tenants on the work orders status, progress, and issues.
Liaise with internal and external
To be successful as a Tenant Liaison Officer, you will be:
Experienced in TLO/ CLO/ RLO roles
Experience within social housing.
