Location: Remote + occassional travel to sites

Rate: Up to £725 per day inside IR35

CURRENT SC CLEARANCE IS ESSENTIAL

About the Role:

As a Data Solutions Architect, you will be instrumental in delivering innovative data-driven solutions for a government organisation. Working closely with our clients and internal teams, you will design, develop, and implement robust data architectures that support critical business processes.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead the design and development of data architectures, ensuring alignment with business objectives and technical requirements.

Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze data requirements, identifying opportunities for data-driven insights.

Develop and maintain data models, data dictionaries, and other data governance artifacts.

Implement data integration and ETL processes to ensure data quality and consistency.

Oversee the deployment and maintenance of data platforms and infrastructure.

Provide technical guidance and support to data analysts and scientists.

Required Skills and Experience:

Proven experience as a Data Solutions Architect or similar role.

Strong understanding of data architecture principles and best practices.

Expertise in Data Platform solutions architecture, data modeling, data warehousing, and data integration techniques.

Proficiency in SQL and at least one programming language (e.g., Python, Java).

Knowledge of cloud-based data platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP).

SC clearance is essential.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team
