Job Description

Huntswood is looking for an experienced Pensions Quality Checker to join our client, working on remote basis, on a six-month initial contract.

As a Pension Quality Checker you will be responsible for checking the output of a team of pension administrators who will be providing a high-quality service to customers by resolving their enquiries in a timely manner.

In particular, our client is looking for demonstrable pensions experience including

New benefits - benefits being taken from the funds on the client's platform - income, ad hoc income, tax free cash, etc

Claims - payment of death benefits

Transfers - transferring funds from the client to an external provider

In specie contributions - transfer of fund holdings / shares, etc being moved from one pension to another without being sold and transferred as cashStarts: 11th November 2024

Location: Working from home

Rate: £225 per day - Umbrella only recruitment - This is only available to individuals working via an umbrella company, we can assist you with this

Duration: 6 Months initially

Skills required:

Demonstrable Quality Checking experience, ideally in a pensions environment

Experience and knowledge of pensions products, particularly new benefits, claims, transfers and in specie contributions

Excellent stakeholder management skills

Coaching and feedback ability
