Quality Engineer – £250 - £350 per day (Inside IR35) – 5 months – London
Opportunity:
Ford & Stanley Interim is currently partnered with one of London’s leading train operating companies which requires a Quality Engineer to provide essential support for an upcoming ISO 9001:2015 surveillance audit in the New Year.
The Quality Engineer role is pivotal in ensuring a smooth audit preparation process. The successful candidate will assist in audit planning, execution, and Quality Management System support.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist with ISO 9001:2015 audit preparations, including document review and audit planning.
Conduct internal audits to verify compliance with quality standards.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address audit findings and implement corrective actions.
Support continuous improvement initiatives aligned with ISO 9001:2015 requirements.
Travel to various sites as needed to conduct on-site assessments and provide support.
Essential Criteria:
Demonstrable experience in Quality Management Systems, ideally within a lead auditor capacity for ISO 9001.
Proficiency in PowerBI is desirable for data analysis and reporting.
Rail industry experience is preferable but not essential.
