Are you:
Do you have experience leading IT Transitions and Managed Services Implementation, taking solutions from design through to steady operations?
Have you worked in the retail or restaurant sectors or similar industries where compliance and governance are critical in project transitions?
Are you experienced in coordinating IT Transition Projects and Managed Service Implementations across national operations, including handling communications with Executive and Regional Stakeholders?
Can you detail your experience in managing multi-disciplinary technical roadmaps that aligns with specific project phases, milestones, and customer requirements?
Have you led successful projects that required moving IT operations from non-compliance to compliance, especially during project transition and deployment phases?
Can you describe your experience collaborating with third-party suppliers to support IT Infrastructure and Network operations, ensuring adherence to project goals and governance standards?
Are you skilled in managing Technical Teams, particularly in aligning Project Managers, Change Managers, Engineers and Service Desk to meet deadlines, milestones, and deliverables?

I am currently partnered with a leading Finance Solutions company to identify a highly qualified Project Transition Manager for the strategic construction, guidance and support of a multi-disciplinary team including PM and CMs. This position will be critical in shaping and executing a robust strategy to support a Managed Service implementation, particularly in the retail and restaurant sectors.
The Transition Manager will construct and lead a multi-disciplinary team to define requirements and design solutions that align with customers' business objectives. You will oversee the transition and deployment phases, ensuring that deliverables are met on time, within budget, and to specification. Your leadership will drive innovation in implementation, maintenance, and troubleshooting, contributing directly to the operational state.
In this role, you will manage multiple projects simultaneously, coordinating with project Managers and fostering governance compliance with both internal and external stakeholders. Your ability to identify customer requirements and manage resource allocation will be pivotal in this position.
