I am seeking a temporary Fulfillment Coordinator for my client based in Royston. This role is a temporary position but may lead to a permanent position for the right person.
Job Purpose Summary
Job Description
• Staff management - pickers/packers for fulfilment of ecommerce orders
• Assist with Ecomm order workflow
• To deliver a professional service to our customers
• Take ownership of tasks assigned and strive to meet our service levels by setting personal goals.
• Aim for high Ecomm dispatch daily.
• Management short pick stock
• Able to multitask to achieve department demands
• Show confidence when dealing with staff
• To ensure Health & Safety standards are adhered to at all times
• Training of all new appointed staff
• Assessment of workflow, change priorities as and when required
Key Responsibilities and Accountabilities
• Ensure a smooth workflow of all fulfilment activities
o Communication with Ecomm supervisor
o Ownership of staff activities
o Assist with customer returns department
o Manage all consumable stock & report monthly
o Induction & training for all new staff
o Time management
• Resolve order/delivery issues
o Daily courier collections
o Responsible for resolving any ‘not found’ stock to complete order
o Identify process improvements
o Work independently on resolving issues
o Ensure all issues relating to orders are resolved daily
• Track/input all KPI’s & reports
Communication
• Develop effective communication with all internal staff/management
• Communication with other areas within Warehouse essential
Development
• Actively seek out areas for development within the assigned area
• Show a keen interest & abilities to learn other areas within the business
• Keep abreast of relevant training activities which could enhance skills
Supportive
• Support other Warehouse tasks as reasonably required
• Flexible on start/finish times & overtime
Working Hours
Tuesday to Saturday
Tuesday to Thursday 14.00-22.00
Friday 13.30-21.30
Saturday 09.00-16.30
Immediate start available
