Job Advert: Technical Manager

Location: Hull Area

Salary: £50,000 - £60,000 per annum

Job Type: Permanent, Monday to Friday (Day Shift)

On Behalf of our client we are seeking an experienced Technical Manager to join their team! A leading player in the food industry, dedicated to delivering high-quality products while maintaining the highest standards of safety and compliance.

Key Responsibilities:

⦁ Lead the technical team to ensure compliance with AA BRC standards.

⦁ Develop and implement quality assurance policies and procedures.

⦁ Monitor and improve food safety and quality processes.

⦁ Conduct audits and risk assessments to ensure ongoing compliance.

⦁ Liaise with regulatory bodies and customers on quality-related issues.

⦁ Train and mentor staff on best practices in food safety and quality management.

Qualifications:

⦁ Proven track record in achieving and maintaining AA BRC grading.

⦁ Relevant degree or equivalent experience in food science or related field.

⦁ Strong understanding of food safety regulations and quality assurance standards.

⦁ Excellent leadership and communication skills.

⦁ Ability to work collaboratively across departments.
