* Contract: Full-time, Contract

Responsibilities:

* Provide 1:1 and group support to students with a range of behavioural, learning and emotional needs.

* Assist in the implementation of individualised learning plans (IEPs) for students with SEN.

* Support students with behavioral and emotional difficulties, using your psychology knowledge to help them engage and succeed.

* Work closely with teachers and SEN coordinators to deliver tailored learning interventions.

* Contribute to the emotional and social development of students, helping them build confidence and resilience.

* Foster a positive and inclusive learning environment that promotes students' overall well-being.

Candidate Requirements:

* A Psychology degree or equivalent qualification is essential.

* A genuine interest in working with children or young people with SEN or mental health needs.

* Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

* A proactive and positive approach, with the ability to work well as part of a team.

* Previous experience working with children or in a school environment is desirable but not essential.

* A passion for making a difference in students’ lives.
