Looking for a Chef de Partie in Truro!
Berry Recruitment is currently looking for a Chef de Partie for an immediate start that will integrate into a friendly team in an exceptional setting in Truro.
The setting is producing menus that vary seasonally and use the best Cornish produce to deliver stunning food for the Truro area.
Duties will include:
- Help Creating menu content
- Preparing dish ingredients
- Working with local Cornish produce
- Produces dishes independently and as part of a team
- Stock monitoring
- Working a a variety of sections in the kitchen, sauce, larder, grill, fish
- Menu idea contribution for specials
- Maintaining cleanliness and working within food safety guidelines to produce food and work in a safe manner
Previous experience & qualifications:
- Previous chef de partie experience
- Previous experience in high-quality restaurant
- Experience with kitchen compliance and safety
Pay
14-15 per hour (however negotiable on application for the right person)
Generous tip share (split between employees based on hours worked)
Hours
40hrs a week (4 or 5 day week)
