TimePlan Education is excited to announce an opportunity for a skilled and dedicated Learning Support Assistant to join a welcoming special needs school in Camden. In this role, you will support a student with challenging behaviour, ensuring they have a safe and enriching educational experience. This is a full-time position, starting ASAP, and requires a Team Teach Level 1 or Level 2 trained professional.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide one-on-one support to a student with challenging behaviour, working to foster a supportive and structured learning environment.

Collaborate closely with the SENCO, teachers, and other support staff to implement tailored behaviour management strategies and individual learning plans.

Utilize effective behaviour management techniques to promote positive engagement and interaction.Experience Required:

Team Teach Level 1 or Level 2 training (essential)

Experience supporting students with special needs, particularly in managing challenging behaviour.

Familiarity with the national curriculum and a strong understanding of children's social and emotional development.
