Product Manager – 6 Month Contract – Hybrid – London – Inside IR35

VIQU have partnered with a global e-commerce organisation who are seeking a Product Manager on a contract basis.  

The role:

The successful Product Manager will have a strong understanding of E-Commerce products, platforms, and technologies, and will deliver key elements of consumer experience, taking an omnichannel approach.

You will work with cross-functional teams across the business to ensure that product requirements and objectives are meeting any unique needs of the consumer, and to drive a customer experience that is high-touch and original.

Responsibilities:

Use data to make decisions and prioritise in the regional and global roadmap.

Understand the consumers affected by the experiences you manage.

Understand how different consumer segments interact with digital products.

Develop and share roadmaps in your portfolio that align with regional business and brands.

Work with cross-functional teams on digital product strategy and delivery.

Understand the constraints of the business and collaborate with teams to find solutions.

Set objectives and key results (OKRs) to track success.

Drive market objectives in partnership with the business.

Measure key performance indicators (KPIs) to improve decision making.

Audit consumer journeys in your region.

Advise activation teams on how to use existing products in new ways.

Skills and experience:

Strong experience as a Product Manager

E-Commerce background

Excellent communication and presentation skills

Solid understanding of E-Commerce products, platforms, and technologies

Strong business acumen and understanding of human centred design principles

Experience working with analytics tools and making data-driven decisions

Experience working within an Agile framework

Role details:

Role: Product Manager   

Duration: 6 months initial with view to extend 

IR35: Inside IR35 - (Off-payroll regulations apply)

Rate: £600 - £630 per day  

Location: Hybrid – 3 days per week onsite London
