Job Description

Experienced Site Manager required for a project in the Nottingham area.

Working on a University building you'll be responsible for the delivery of the Roofing Package - Stripping Asbestos sheeting and replacing with Composite Panels.

You'll manage H&S, directly employed staff / sub-contractors, management reports and progress against budget.

You'll need SMSTS, First Aid, CSCS, Asbestos Awareness (or be willing to get) and ideally experience delivering similar projects.

Rate - Negotiable (can be paid CIS or Ltd).
