Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Designing Intelligent Transportation Systems within the scope of highways projects

Managing design teams, ensuring proper resourcing and task allocation

Overseeing the design management and project management tasks

Reviewing and approving designs within your area of expertise

Acting as the lead designer on larger schemes or as project manager on smaller to mid-sized projects

Liaising with stakeholders to ensure project requirements and deadlines are met

Checking and validating the designs produced by engineers

Fostering and maintaining strong communication within the team and with external stakeholders

Job Requirements:

Experience in the design and implementation of Intelligent Transportation Systems

Strong understanding of highways and traffic management projects

Excellent project management and team leadership skills

Proficiency in reviewing and approving technical designs

Ability to liaise effectively with stakeholders

Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail

Capability to work independently and efficiently from a home office

Flexibility to travel occasionally for site visits
