Are you an enthusiastic Early Career Teacher (ECT) ready to make a meaningful impact in an Early Years Classroom?
We are seeking an inspiring Early Years ECT to join a nurturing primary school in Rochdale, where children are encouraged to explore, learn, and grow in a positive and supportive environment. This is an exciting opportunity for a Newly Qualified Teacher (NQT) to gain valuable experience, refine their skills, and bring fresh ideas to an established and dedicated teaching team.

Key Responsibilities
Deliver engaging and stimulating lessons to support the development of early years students
Implement creative and effective learning activities, tailored to individual needs
Promote a safe, inclusive, and nurturing environment to encourage confidence and curiosity
Collaborate with fellow staff to plan and assess student progress
Foster positive relationships with students, parents, and carers
Key Requirements
Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or ECT status
A passion for working with young children and supporting their learning journey
Excellent communication skills and the ability to work well within a team
A commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children and young people
