Key Responsibilities:
Plan and deliver engaging and creative lessons in line with the national curriculum
Create a safe, inclusive, and stimulating classroom environment that encourages all students to reach their potential
Assess and monitor student progress, providing constructive feedback and support where needed
Work collaboratively with colleagues, parents, and carers to support student development and well-being
Demonstrate a commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of all students
Key Requirements:
Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or ECT status
Strong commitment to fostering a positive and engaging learning environment
Excellent classroom management and communication skills
Ability to work effectively as part of a team and contribute positively to school life
