LWE PMO INTEGRATOR
PURPOSE & RESPONSIBILITIES
The Living Water Enterprise Operating Model Working Group have a requirement for partner expertise regarding the integration of the Programme Management Office (PMO) into the Target Operating Model (TOM). The purpose of the commission is to ensure that PMO requirements for the LWE are clearly defined and the operating model for how PMO services will be delivered is agreed by all key stakeholders. Additionally, that reporting and operational requirements will be defined and that at least an interim operating model should be in place in Q1 2025.We anticipate the commission to require 2-3 days work per week for a period of 3 months.
Objectives
* Ensure the Target Operating Model for the PMO is agreed and communicated
* Ensure the PMO requirements within the LWE are defined
* Ensure the NWG PMO requirements regarding LWE are defined
* Create a clear framework for what is and is not in scope of the Enterprise PMO
* Draft a plan for the integration of the PMO into the Living Water Enterprise
* Enact the plan to integrate the PMO into the Living Water Enterprise
* Work closely with the Head of PMO, the LWE and Partner organisations to assess the resource requirements for the PMO in the short, medium and long term, and help draft job descriptions accordingly
* Take the initial work completed on the Performance Management Framework and develop a plan alongside the PMO and Digital Lead to ensure data flows are in place and metrics can be reported

EXPERIENCE & SKILLS
We are seeking an individual with extensive Programme Management Office experience and the capacity and energy to support this hands-on project.
Significant and senior stakeholder engagement will be required, as will the ability to map processes, distil complex information into summary documents and a data-driven mindset to help put in place the initial fundamentals of Enterprise performance reporting.
It would be great if you have previously worked in a regulated environment and have an understanding of NWGs business objectives.
It would be beneficial for the role holder to have strong connections with industry forum groups and be aware of LWE's data requirements.
This requirement is part-time 3 days a week
