Job Title: SEND Teaching Assistant
Location: Birmingham
Salary: £80 - £95 per day
Start Date: November 2024

As a SEND Teacher you will be working in a primary SEN school, which may include outdoor activities and many ways of teaching and supporting children. As well as being a key figure in their lives, our teachers always look for fun and unique ways to be engaging in the classroom!
Schools are in search of a committed and enthusiastic SEND Teaching Assistant for day-to-day, short-term, and long-term roles. The ideal TA / Teaching Assistant should have the following:
Level 3 qualified and/or a minimum of 6 months’ experience in an educational establishment
Good communication skills
A good understanding of child protection and safeguarding guidelines
Experience in working with supporting students in their education on a 1:1 and a small group basis
Strong behaviour management skills
