Our client is looking for an excellent Customer Service Co-Ordinator for a 12 month maternity position to join their busy and very happy team of customer service professionals based in the Cardiff Bay area. This is a full time role Monday to Friday fully office based with an early finish every Friday, no evenings or weekends.
We are looking for someone with excellent Customer Service who has experience of dealing with difficult customers, a stable working background who is used to working as part of a team. We`re looking for somebody with great Microsoft Office skills, the successful candidate will be responsible for delivering first class customer service via the telephone and providing administrative support. You will be ensuring UK orders are processed quickly, sales order processing, dealing with queries and working very closely with the despatch department to ensure on-site delivery to customers , dealing with all incoming sales enquiries plus a varied range of administration duties.
