Duration: Few months

Rate: £20ph

Start date: Wednesday 30th October

Eleven Eleven are seeking an experienced Multi-Trade for work on a private property in Bury St Edmunds for a maintenance company working on rental property renovations.

Main duties on site:

• Remove timber lathes to expose stud work.

• Cut back three oak studs to sound timber.

• Dig out sand foundation.

• Lay concrete to incorporate Sika Proof Liquid Waterproof or similar.

• Lay damp proof membrane.

• Replace timber sole plate 0.8m long to match existing.

• Replace and splice in stud work.

• Plasterboard over.

• Skim for others to redecorate

Minimum Requirements:

- CSCS Card (Preferred but not essential)

- PPE

- Own Tools

Payments:

- £20ph CIS or Umbrella

- £17.00ph PAYE

Payments will be made every Friday after working a week in hand.
