This thriving South Manchester secondary school are searching for a Graduate Academic Tutor who has a true knowledge and passion for their specialist subject, which they can transfer across to KS3 & KS4 pupils.

The subjects required for the Graduate Academic Tutor role are English, humanities, maths & science.

You would become an integral support to a department, supporting teachers throughout their lessons by working with students on a 1:1 and group basis.

Graduate Academic Tutor – The Role: 

Run 1:1 and group sessions with students

Work in classes across KS3 – KS4

Roles available across English, humanities, maths & science departments

Flexible in supporting students across different phases

Work alongside experienced teachers

Graduate Academic Tutor – Qualifications required: 

Core subject related degree – English, humanities, maths or science

Passion for your subject

Prior education / classroom / tutoring experience is desirable

Excellent communication skills
