Total Rewards Consultant
Core tasks and job responsibilities:
Help update country base pay ranges including work on excel based tool, review of market data, produce data analytics, identifying anomalies, co-ordinate local reviews with reward team members in the regions and managing deadlines for timely completion
Supporting the annual pay review process including preparation of planning groups, system readiness and testing, advising business facing HR on process, reporting on completion, budgets anomalies etc.
Support Reward Partner in meetings, data analytics and day to day advice to HR business partners
Skills and experience required:
Highly analytical and numerate with strong Excel skills and an ability to move from data insights to solutions.
Ability to take ownership and use own initiative to achieve objectives
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment managing multiple projects and tasks
HR Technology skills in Workday, Marketpay or similar HR/analytic tools is a plus
Experience of pay structures, pay reviews and benchmarking also a plus
