Senior Housing Management Worker – Nottingham – Full Time – Reputable Charity – Training & Progression – Social Working Hours & Flexible Remote Working

The Organisation:
A responsible and progressive charity, aiming to provide social justice and support to vulnerable groups of people across the UK; victims of domestic violence, ex-offenders, young people, people with mental health difficulties and those struggling with substance misuse. They are a well-established organisation with a positive market reputation and over 20 years of experience in supported living.
This company are currently operating supported housing services for rehabilitating ex-offenders that have left a prison setting. The service ensures the instilling of independent living skills, positive wellbeing and personal development within ex-offenders, working towards their bettering of life and prevention of repeat offending.
The Opportunities:
Senior Housing Management Workers will be working full-time; 35 Hours – Monday to Friday 9-5, 1 hour unpaid lunch
Competitive pay rates; Senior Housing Management Workers are paid £19.01 (Umbrella), per hour. You will also be paid £0.45 per mile for travel between services.
Contract length will be 3-months before prospective extension and/or permanence.
Based in Nottingham
Clients 16+ with support needed, 16-25 will traumatic backgrounds, often with little family support.
The Responsibilities:
Line Management of a team of frontline staff
Carrying a Caseload of Service Users
Performance Monitoring and action planning
Personal Development
Adherence to Policy and Procedures. The Requirements:
Senior Housing Management Worker’s must be someone with a valid driver’s license and access to a vehicle, and either already have or obtain business/commercial insurance for said vehicle.
Must hold a valid Enhanced DBS (Adults & Children)
Proactive and able to use their own initiative to manage a caseload.
Previous experience or knowledge of social/supported housing processes is essential.
The ability to support others in their tenancy sustainment and income management.
