Role: Marketing Manager (12 month FTC)
Location: London / Hybrid
Package: £55k to £65k plus bonus and benefits

They support the buyers and sellers of funds by sharing business intelligence, enabling better outcomes across the whole investment ecosystem. Reporting into the CMO, we are seeking a dynamic and experienced Marketing Manager to lead their marketing efforts and drive brand awareness. The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning and executing marketing projects and activities to support business objectives.
Role Summary:
* Production and implementation of various campaigns to support:
* The Insight team – increasing visibility amongst and gathering data from across the UK wealth management industry
* The Business Development team – increasing visibility and demonstrating credibility across the UK asset management industry
* The Customer Success team – providing content to support client reporting
* Management of all digital distribution across various platforms including the website, LinkedIn, Salesforce & Pardot and other third parties
* Responsibility for all events run or attended:
* Planning and operational management of company-own events
* Management of all pre, during and post activity of third party hosted events
* Support all product development and devise and deliver launch programmes
Key Responsibilities:
* Campaign Development - Plan and implement various marketing campaigns to enhance visibility and engagement across target markets
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support initiatives for different departments, including Sales, Customer Success, and Product Development
* Oversee digital marketing strategies, including content distribution across the website, social media platforms (LinkedIn, etc.), and email marketing tools (Salesforce, Pardot)
* Analyse and report on the performance of digital campaigns, making data-driven decisions to optimize results
* Event Management – plan and manage all aspects of events hosted by the company, including logistics, promotion, and post-event analysis. Coordinate participation in third-party events, ensuring effective representation and engagement.
Required Qualities & Experience:
* Strong knowledge of asset or wealth management industries or similar
* Proven eMarketing skills
* Experience of developing and maintaining websites
* Proficiency in managing business social media accounts
* Experience of working with Salesforce and Pardot
* Excellent attention to detail
* Proven ability to build and maintain effective working relationships at all levels
* Ability to adapt in a developing environment, with a strong self-starter work ethic
* Ability to work across multiple projects and within tight deadlines
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Fluent English (written and spoken)
