ASB Officer

Location: Northampton (Hybrid working, 2 days in-office)

Rate: £24-26 per hour (via umbrella)

Key Responsibilities:

Address tenancy disputes and breaches, including issues related to anti-social behaviour, hate crimes, and domestic violence.

Enforce tenancy conditions through appropriate actions and support interventions for tenancy sustainment.

Manage legal proceedings related to tenancy enforcement, representing at court hearings when necessary.

Maintain accurate records on tenancy cases, ensuring timely response to service requests.

Foster relationships with other agencies, tenants, and council officers to support high-quality tenancy management services.Skills & Experience:

Basic knowledge of housing law and current housing issues.

Proficient in written and verbal communication, customer service, and IT.

Able to prioritise workloads and work independently.

Full driving license required.
