Operations Administrator
Location: Rochester, Kent
Shift Pattern: Monday-Friday, 08:00-17:00 (30 min paid lunch, 2x15 min unpaid breaks)
Pay Rate: £11.64 p/h
Employment Type: Long-term, Ongoing work
We are looking for an experienced Operations Administrator for our client based in Rochester. Our client is a large automotive company and has operations throughout the UK.
The Role:
As an Operations Administrator, your responsibilities will include:
* Performing general office administration, such as handling phone calls, emails, and site enquiries.
* Managing a PDI contract, coordinating with customers and external contractors.
* Arranging tasks such as vehicle delivery, collection, and PDI checks.
* Organising vehicle fitments, ply lining, and other modifications as required.
* Ensuring smooth communication with clients and tracking project progress.
* Full training and support will be provided.
