Randstad Sourceright, a leading provider of RPO & MSP Recruitment Services are currently recruiting for a Digital Technologies Commercial PMO on behalf of a Global Manufacturing Business. This is a Hybrid position with working days based out of the office in Slough.
The DT Commercial PMO – Strategic Initiatives - you will partner closely with the Senior Director, DT Commercial & BPO and Global Director, Strategic Sourcing, DT to co-ordinate the ERP replacement programme workload, resources and reporting to ensure leadership and stakeholders are provided visibility of the programme. The DT Commercial PMO – Strategic Initiatives will establish the DT Commercial PMO function and also work to allocate workloads, ensure completion and identify blockers to completion.
About You:

Experience of owning program strategy, end to end delivery, and communicating results to senior leadership

Experience in program or project management
*
Experience in Commercial. (Buying or selling of digital products)
*
Experience using data and metrics to determine and drive improvements
*
Advanced communication skills - written and verbal.

Ability to engage a large set of stakeholders and teams across all levels of an organisation.

Strong written, oral and listening communication skills

Have worked in a large, complex organisation.
Responsibilities:
*
Be a leader in your space and be the advocate and influencer of the business with peers and partner teams.
*
Facilitate the reporting of progress on Strategic Initiatives to a variety of stakeholders, in particular CIOs and DT Commercial leadership.
*
Key deliverables will be the creation of decks, templates and documented processes.
*
Lead and drive the execution of strategic projects / initiatives by Commercial colleagues.
*
Support the end-to-end management and oversight of complex programs, within schedule and resources.
*
Track project progress and provide regular updates to key stakeholders, highlighting risks, and providing sufficient project details, metrics, and assessments as warranted.
*
Gather data and create presentation material / senior-level talking points for internal and external reporting and communication purposes.
*
Initiatives will include stakeholders across the business, i.e., technology, product, operations, servicing, marketing/ communications, and legal/ compliance.
*
• Define, execute, and enhance processes and controls required to manage/govern Projects.
*
Make recommendations for improving the effectiveness of policy and practices.
*
Digital Strategy Alignment: Works closely with senior leadership and the IT department to ensure that digital projects align with the broader digital strategy and contribute to business objectives, customer experience, or operational efficiencies.
*
Performance Tracking and Analytics: Monitors project performance using digital tools and dashboards to measure metrics like time-to-market, cost efficiency, quality, and return on investment (ROI), and adapts plans based on real-time analytics.
*
Risk Management: Identifies and mitigates digital-specific risks, such as data security, technical debt, and compliance, which are particularly critical in technology-heavy projects.
*
Change Management and Communication: Manages organizational change, user training, and adoption for new digital technologies, ensuring a smooth transition and alignment across departments.
*
Innovation and Continuous Improvement: Encourages the exploration of new tools, platforms, and methodologies that can enhance digital projects and keep pace with technological advancements.
*
Agility and Flexibility: With a focus on digital projects, this PMO can adopt more flexible project management frameworks (like Agile) that fit the rapid cycles of technology projects.
