Technical Project Manager
Hybrid- London 2 days a week in central office

Initial 6 month contract
We're looking for a Technical Project Manager to join our IT Services team to manage, deliver and maintain our Property Services workstream. The Project Manager will have responsibility for the timely planning and delivery of all technical elements related to the ITS Property Services backlog including network circuit delivery, SDWAN links to buildings and new offices, as well as office moves, co-ordinating vendor surveys, installations and activations for network, wireless, AV/VC, telephony and peripherals. As an experienced Project Manager, you will get the opportunity to build highly effective relationships. This role would suit seasoned Project Managers, Infrastructure or IT Technical Leads or Delivery Leads who have successfully delivered IT to a Global Property function.
Responsibilities
Engage, and build effective relationships across the business stakeholders, particularly those within our Property Services Division
Manage complex activities by regularly communicating timely and accurate delivery schedules, risks, issues and successes to the stakeholders and business, demonstrating that customer experience is understood.
Work with suppliers to drive technical value for Property Services
Maintain, reconcile and account for delivery finances; statement of works, purchase orders, invoices
Work in seamless collaboration with the ITS Product Owner, Delivery Leads and Engineers, ensuring that conformance to our ways of working is maintained
Utilise JIRA boards to facilitate delivery by actively participating in the collation and prioritisation of the backlog Requirements and Experience
At least 5 years of experience working in an Enterprise scale IT or Infrastructure function(s)
Previous or current experience within Project Management/Delivery including the delivery of:
SD-WAN Network Links, obtain quotes, arrange dual links, understand delivery sequence and timeline, be aware of access and installation factors, coordinate with service providers.
Network circuits, switches, wireless, telephony and AV/VC hardware surveys, ordering, installations and activations based on capacity, planned placement, compatibility and upgrade timeframes.
Expert coordination of technical delivery for building technical installations and office moves.
Excellent communication, presentation, planning, organisation and facilitation skills are essential
Must demonstrate exceptional organisational skills
Must be able to work independently and proactively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
Experience in working with agile methodologies, such as Scrum and Kanban, or at least a core understanding of this way of working would be advantageous Location and Duration
This role based will be based in either London or York, UK.
The duration of the statement of work will be 6 months, with a possibility of extension, depending on the project needs and performance.
We operate a hybrid working environment, and the successful candidate will be required to be onsite at the location above for 2 days per week.
