What You'll Do:
Manage branch sale and lease termination files, ensuring full technical, legal, and administrative compliance.
Conduct real estate analysis and profitability assessments to support portfolio optimisation.
Negotiate and draft legal agreements related to property sales, rentals, and other transactions.
Represent our organisation in property-related notarial acts and other official agreements.
Provide structured, continuous reporting to ensure transparency and support strategic decision-making.
What You Bring:
Educational Background:
Master's degree in a relevant field (engineering, economics, law).
Proven Experience: 5+ years in real estate asset management, with knowledge of Wallonia and Brussels markets and regulatory requirements.Technical Knowledge:
Basic understanding of building technical aspects, along with proficiency in MS Office.Language Skills:
Native proficiency in French, and strong command of Dutch and English.Soft Skills:
Strong team spirit, flexibility, results-oriented, solution-focused, with exceptional negotiation abilities.Interviews will take place as soon as appropriate candidates are found.
