Change Management required for a major offshore transmission system operator based in Germany
Responsibilities
Planning, checking and implementing the changes in collaboration with the section managers
Recording information on technical changes and area changes from Handover of the planners for the §21 documents (routing / environment / construction management)
Monitoring the change process
Checking the completeness of the reported changes
Managing the service providers.
Coordination and exchange of information with all parties involved regarding change management
Carrying out quality control of data
Technical support for the change check
Management and maintenance of change lists (lists where all changes are documented)
Creation of contradiction drafts
Advice on decisions regarding the assessment and handling of changes (planning and implementation)
Checking and monitoring the quality of the relevant data for the implementation of the changes
Reaching agreement with the parties involved on the implementation of the changes
Checking and monitoring the inclusion of all approved changes in the data
Definition of the process for handling change requests
Advice on the development of the approval strategy and the creation of change requests
Documentation of changes and processing of changesRequirements
At least 3 years of professional experience in approval
Approval experience (3-5 years) with regard to extensive planning approval experience
Experience (3-5 years) in managing service providers
Project management knowledge
Experience in conflict management
Technical and environmental knowledge
Construction knowledge
GIS knowledge
Experience in managing project stakeholders and identifying thematic contexts
German language skills (at least C1) and English skills (B2)
