WFM Dayforce Business Analyst

£(Apply online only)/day outside IR35

Mainly remote, with occasional on-site visits near Manchester

6-month contract

Overview:

Join the discovery phase of a new Workforce Management (WFM) implementation with Dayforce. You'll play a key role in gathering business requirements, analyzing current processes, and ensuring Dayforce meets operational needs.

Responsibilities:

Requirement Gathering: Work with stakeholders to capture and document business needs.

Process Analysis: Identify gaps between current processes and Dayforce capabilities.

Stakeholder Engagement: Liaise with business teams and ensure accurate requirement capture.

Documentation: Develop user stories, process flows, and functional specs.

Testing: Support solution testing to ensure it meets requirements.Ideal Candidate:

Proven experience in WFM, particularly with Dayforce.
