Role - Private Sector Housing Officer

Contract length - 6 months.

Working Style - Hybrid

Location - Midlands

Rate - Negotiable per/hour.

My local authority client in the Midlands is seeking an experienced Private Sector Housing Officer to hit the ground running.

The role is a 6-month contract and due to the nature of the work you are required on District on a hybrid basis.

Experience required:

Property Inspections under HHSRS

HMO Licensing Experience

Carrying out out relevant enforcement action
