Mobile Maintenance Operative

Your new company

• Working for a large contractor involved in their void property work in the South Birmingham area's.
• Offering a temp-perm contract and looking for a skilled candidate to jump on board asap

Skills and qualities

• Looking for someone who is an all rounder on property maintenance 'a jack of all trades'.
• Working in the voids team - ideally previous experience within social housing.
• Involved in the likes of joinery, painting, plumbing, tiling etc.

Your new role

• Monday to Friday 8am-4:30pm
• Overtime is available after work or Saturday mornings
• Van, tools and fuel card are provided
• Temp - 22-23p/h CIS or Umbrella PAYE
• Perm - 33,000
• 1 stage interview
