Site Manager

I'm recruiting on behalf of a very busy main contractor who operate in the Northern Home Counties and specialise in refurbishment projects.

About the role:

You will be working alongside an on site Project Manager as a No.2 on a 15m listed refurbishment of a listed building. Pay ranging from (Apply online only) per day.

Responsibilities for Site Manager:

• Oversee day-to-day operations on construction sites.
• Enforce health & safety protocols, manage risks, and address any issues promptly.
• Coordinate with various stakeholders, including subcontractors, suppliers, and clients, to keep the project on track.
• Maintain quality standards by monitoring workmanship, materials, and adherence to specifications.
• When challenges arise, you will find solutions to keep the project moving forward.
• Effectively communicate by liaising with team members, report progress, and address concerns.

Requirement for Site Manager:

• CSCS
• SMSTS
• FAAW
