SWANSTAFF ARE LOOKING FOR 3 X TERM TIME ONLY RGN

MONDAY TO FRIDAY 8.30AM - 16.00PM

Are you looking for a Nursing role? We have a care home located in Dartford offering a range of services including residential, nursing, dementia, and respite care. They are seeking 3 X RGN.

You will be responsible for delivering outstanding nursing care, ensuring the well-being of our residents, and providing support in their daily healthcare needs.

Responsibilities:

• Provide high-quality nursing care in line with NMC standards and care home policies.
• Administer medications and treatments, monitor health conditions, and review care plans.
• Collaborate with the care team to develop and implement personalized care for residents.
• Offer emotional support and reassurance to residents and their families.
• Supervise healthcare assistants and junior nursing staff.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and safeguarding standards.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date medical records and documentation.

Requirements:

• Valid NMC registration as a Registered General Nurse (RGN).
• Experience in nursing care, particularly with the elderly or in a care home setting (preferred).
• Strong communication, organizational, and teamwork skills.
• Compassionate and empathetic approach to patient care.
• MUST HAVE TRAINING WITHIN :
• Trachy trained
• Gastro trained
• Cough assist
• Meds trained
• Nebulizer skills
• Moving and handling
• Domiciliary care
