Job Description

M4 Specialist are working with a leading food distribution centre who are coming into peak.

We are looking for Order pickers to work EITHER early shift (Apply online only) or late shift (Apply online only)

Days are Wednesday to Sunday so candidates must be ok working weekends.

Overtime can be available to work your rest days at a premium rate.

Main Duties:

• To assist in picking of food products using a pick list or scanner
• Assisting packing finished products
• Label & package products correctly
• Maintain a clean and organised work area in accordance with food safety and hygiene regulations
• Follow all safety instructions to ensure a safe working environment
• Some heavy lifting involved
• Working in a temperature controlled environment
• Any other duties as required

Compliance with food safety and hygiene regulations, including wearing appropriate protective clothing and equipment - full training will be given

These roles are temporary ongoing however could lead to a permanent position following a qualifying period.
