Our client, a leading recruitment consultancy in the rail and public sectors, is currently seeking a Senior Recruitment Coordinator to join their team on a contract basis. This role is pivotal in managing and supporting the end-to-end recruitment process, ensuring a seamless experience for stakeholders and candidates alike.
Key Responsibilities:
Supporting the end-to-end recruitment process
Downloading applications and managing applicant data
Facilitating meetings with candidates
Sending invites to candidates and supporting with scheduling
Creating assessment packs to assist in the selection process
Helping to raise offers and ensuring candidate onboarding
Job Requirements:
Industry administrative experience in an office environment, ideally in a recruitment, resourcing or HR function
Experience in the strategic coordination of recruitment activities
Extensive attention to detail (essential and must be able to demonstrate this)
Driven and passionate about talent acquisition and recruitment - with a strong understanding of the full recruitment life-cycle
Experience and confidence to work with senior stakeholders across the business
Ideally have a blend of in house and agency experience
Proactive and takes initiative
Ability to organise and prioritise workloads effectively to meet challenging deadlines
Experience of working with confidential information with high attention to detail
An understanding of HR policies, procedures and processes
Extensive communication skills; written, verbal and numerical
Experience of working with HR systems i.e. SAP, online recruitment tools etc.
Facilitation and delivery of senior stakeholder assessments
Strong Microsoft Office including Excel skills
Experienced with project management
Ideally have experience of using LinkedIn or other attraction methods to source
