Commissioning Supervisor required for a major offshore wind farm developer based in Denmark.
Responsibilities
Commissioning Supervisor, OSS will be responsible to manage and coordinate testings of OSS equipment and associated controls to ensure Contractor is properly following procedures and owner's witnesses are informed, prepared, and present.
Onsite owner's representation to witness, inspect, audit, walk down, and accept work activities and documentation related to commissioning
Ensure electrical health and safety program is followed, appropriate and effective during all work activities
Coordinate, witness, and engage in testings of equipment, instrumentation, and controls; ensure compliance with procedures and documentation.
Authorize, audit, and supervise electrical activities as needed as electrical authorized person
Report on, review, and monitor OSS commissioning progress as needed
Support OSS commissioning scope activities including onshore and offshore during the CVOW project
Support Commissioning manager with project planning and preparation
Manage and review OSS commissioning As Built Documentation handover process
Review OSS technical procedures, documents, checklists, and schedules for criticality and validity
Assist in creation and review of commissioning plans and procedures
Assist in creation and review of isolations, LOTO documents, energization plans of CVOW assets.
Conduct and lead meetings with CVOW suppliers related to commissioning execution.Requirements
3+ years' experience in the offshore wind farm industry.
Bachelor's degree in engineering or similar education in mechanical and electrical subjects
Minimum 5 years' experience in mechanical/electrical construction or other relevant fields
Proficient understanding of technical electrical documentation, drawings, single line diagrams, specification, etc.
Proficient testings, understanding, reading, configuring electrical equipment and measurement tools
Experience supervising electrical work e.g. LV / HV, electrical safety, LOTO isolation programs.
Experience supervising construction work, e.g. onshore, offshore, on vessels, working at heights
Ability to travel (domestic and internationally) as required; up to 50% of the time between different facilitates.
Current passport and valid driver's license required.
Ability to provocatively lead and manage multiple work scopes and objectives.
Ability to effectively communicate in English and with those for which English is a second language.
Ability to work as part of a diverse, international team, influencing decisions and reacting positively to challenges as the project evolves.

Ability to obtain NERC authorization and pass background check requirements
