Location: Lisburn
Salary: 13.50 per hour- Mon - Fri 8am-5pm
Job Type: Temporary to Permanent

About the Role:
We are currently seeking an Accounts Payable/Finance Assistant to join a dynamic team in Lisburn on a temporary to permanent basis. This role is crucial in supporting the finance function, ensuring smooth day-to-day financial operations. You will be responsible for managing accounts payable tasks and assisting in various finance-related duties.

Key Responsibilities:

• Processing Supplier Invoices: Ensure timely and accurate processing of supplier invoices, including matching, batching, and coding.
• Reconciliation: Reconcile supplier statements and investigate any discrepancies.
• Payment Runs: Assist in the preparation of weekly and monthly payment runs.
• Expenses Processing: Handle employee expense claims, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policy.
• Administration: Maintain accurate financial records and filing systems.
• Ad-Hoc Finance Tasks: Provide support on any other financial duties as required by the Finance Manager.

Key Skills & Experience:

• Experience: Previous experience in an accounts payable or finance assistant role is essential.
