Job Opportunity: Production Line Operative (Temp to Perm)
Hourly Rate: 11.44ph
Hours: Monday to Friday - 37.5 hour week
Location: Outskirts of Crawley - Must be a driver due to location (on-site parking available)

Role Overview:

Lloyd Recruitment Services are looking for dedicated and reliable Production Line Operative's to join our client's team. This temp-to-perm role offers growth opportunities and the chance to be part of a team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform repetitive lifting and carrying
• Operate and monitor machines
• Stack, pack, and label pallets for storage or delivery
• Use correct lifting techniques to handle heavy materials safely
• Assist in loading, unloading and stable stacking of items
• Maintaining a clean workspace to minimise hazards
• Ensure high product quality and report any safety concerns

Skills and Experience Required:

• Ability to handle repetitive lifting, carrying and manual labour tasks
• Strong team player, capable of working independently while adhering to Health & Safety guidelines
• Good understanding of English and Maths
• Punctuality and reliability
• Enthusiasm for learning on-the-job skills and progressing in the role

After the initial temporary period, you will be eligible for the company's benefits package which includes 25 days annual leave, pension scheme, and many others. You will have a structured career path with the opportunity to progress and earn up to 27,000 after training.
