A secondary school in Greenwich who have consistently been in top 1% of schools nationwide for the last 10 years is looking to bolster its support staff by adding up to 3 new Learning Support Assistants who the school will train across general and SEN responsibilities.

The school has recently had another "Outstanding" Ofsted report which highly complimented the ethos of the school and the supportive, hardworking Senior Leadership Team. The report specifically notes the good behaviour at the school and the exemplary results which have topped the grades seen across the borough and nationwide.

More about the Learning Support Assistant role:

• You will run 1:1 and small group interventions for students
• Supporting students with SEN in and out of class
• Managing classroom behaviour
• Supporting students with ASD, ADHD, SEMH and behavioural difficulties

• Pay: 105 - 115 per day

Person Specification - Learning Support Assistant

• Must hold a degree at 1st class or 2:1
• Strong academics at GCSE and A-Level
• Confident, proactive and bubbly
• Calm and Compassionate
• Strong communication skills
